The fully crowded Giordano shop was even dashed with shoppers because of its crazy sale which you can buy 3 comfortable blouses for a hundred bucks and more on sale clothes for men and women. After long hours of "halungkat", we finally decided to buy 6 pcs men's t-shirts, 4 sets of brief and 2 blouses.
Caution to those who are in a crowded place. You have to be vigilant with your own important belongings. As my attention was on choosing with the displays, I didn't noticed that my bag has been unzipped by whoever he/she is. Fortunately my wallet was in the pocket. The staff immediately warn me that my bag is open. So, we should be careful all the time coz even now here in Hong Kong their are astray thefts looking for preys.
For those who wants to catch up with the offer, they are still on sale until Sunday. Shopping na!
A Walk to Remember
Whenever we heard the phrase "A Walk to Remember", the first thought that pops up into our mind is the famous romantic novel of Nicholas Sparks or the romantic movie of Mandy Moore. But this blog talks neither of the above. Instead this tackles my lifetime worth-remembering walks along with my loving husband and wonderful babies through thicks and thins.

Kabayan Jam in Hong Kong with Pokwang, Jovit and Gerald
| Pokwang performing live in HK |
It's past 3 o'clock in the afternoon when Pokwang turns the crowd wild with her Lady Gaga sing & dance performance. The multi-talented actress show her prowess in entertaining the crowd with her natural jokes and Galaw-galaw games.
| Jovit Baldivino rocks! |
The boisterous crowd even more wild when Jovit Baldivino, PGT champion season one, hits the stage with his amazing voice singing "Faithfully" popularized by Journey. The crowd is at awe and tongue-tied as his golden voice fills the venue. Everyone could be astonished on how could be a small man have a big voice. Bravo!
The most awaited appearance of ex-PBB housemate, Gerald Anderson, even make the crowd wilder. I can't stand the heat and the pushing of the crowd anymore, so I stay away from them and just listen the gigglings and "tilian". Too bad i don't have a chance to take photo of him even far.
A glass of halu-halo ends up my star-struck day!

Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy
It is widely recognized that "Health is Wealth". But due to the rising financial demand for survival, some people abuse their health by digging their nose into their unending work loads which oftentimes results into skipping meals or untimely meals. This habit should be break!
It's almost 10 o'clock in the morning and all the waiting area seats were occupied. I'm standing behind my nervous Auntie waiting for her turn to undergo Upper GI Endoscopy. She's been suffering from abdominal pain, vommitting and nausea for more than 2 weeks. She's not eating well and is fast lossing weight. The doctor in St. Pauls Hospital in Hong Kong advised her to undergo GI Endoscopy to determine the cause of her illness.
What is upper GI Endoscopy? With the help of my friend google.
Upper GI endoscopy is a procedure that uses a lighted, flexible endoscope to see inside the upper GI tract. The upper GI tract includes the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum—the first part of the small intestine.
After 4 hours, the long wait is over. They found out that she had a 3mm polyps in her stomach which they removed through cold biopsy forceps and she also had some mild scratches which they gave medication inside too. The procedure took only about 15-20 minutes which amazingly disappear all the pains and discomforts.
If you are in Hong Kong and have a similar situation, I suggest to go St. Pauls Hospital. The facilities are clean with pleasing staffs. Their service is worth the price.
Above all, we should treasure our health by eating well, rest well and stay fit.

What's on your mind?
Surely everyone is familiar with the line "Whats on your mind?" . Definitely i read your mind, YES! It's in facebook. Facebook is like a virus that spreads rapidly throughout the whole world which devour the time of technology-oriented individuals. Well, I count myself as one of them who spent hours in facebook because it conveniently connects me to my husband and babies. What's on your mind?
At this very moment what occupies my mind is to write my own blog entitled "A Walk to Remember". This will serve as my loyal companion and good listener on my simple thoughts, humble ideas, unsolicited opinion and everything along my walks in life.
Hope you will spend a pinch of your time reading my blog.
Thank you!
